The Bible Center for Leaders (BCL) is dedicated to equipping and empowering Christian leaders, particularly those who lack access to formal biblical training. Around 85% of church leaders worldwide have no theological education. This alarming gap in biblical foundation has left many congregations vulnerable to false doctrines, heresies, manipulation, abuse of power, and sectarianism, creating a widespread crisis within the global church.

Studies show that regions with inadequate pastoral training often see a 40-50% higher occurrence of doctrinal errors and church splits compared to areas with theologically trained leaders. Furthermore, the lack of trained local workers undermines the church’s ability to engage effectively in its missionary and community-building roles.

To address this urgent need, the BCL provides accessible biblical training and ministry tools, enabling local leaders to establish and sustain healthy churches rooted in sound doctrine. By empowering these leaders, the BCL is not only strengthening existing congregations but also fostering the planting of new churches, ensuring the gospel reaches unreached communities and establishing a lasting legacy of faithful ministry.
